4 months back one of our oldest websites was hit by the Google algorithm. See what steps we took after the downfall.
➡️Redirection Removal
This was the process of eliminating redirects created on the website when multiple tech brands had merged into one. This meant that the links related to original brands, when clicked, automatically redirected to the new website. Removal of these redirects led users to access the new website directly and significantly improved the user experience.
➡️Old and Absolute Content Removal
By removing old content from a website, SEO can improve the technology website traffic. This is because information and content may no longer be relevant or accurate to the website and removing it maintains website credibility and authority with search engines and users.
The removal of old and obsolete content was a challenge to us. We removed more than 100+ pieces of content from our site to revamp the quality of content.
